PUBG Radar Overlay: Read Nearby Players Without Clutter
How a PUBG radar shows nearby players and bots on a compact 2D panel, how it differs from ESP, and how to place it on the HUD.

What a PUBG radar shows
A PUBG radar is a compact 2D map of nearby players and bots. It sits beside the game minimap so you can read rotations without filling the 3D view with extra boxes.
Each contact is a marker, not a full player model. Distance, team grouping, and bot versus player color can appear as simple dots or arrows.
The radar in pubg hacks is a visual layer. It does not move the crosshair. Pair it with players ESP when you need stance, health, or skeleton detail in the world view.
Radar compared with players ESP
ESP draws boxes and skeletons over the match camera. Radar compresses the same nearby set into a top-down panel. Use ESP for peek timing and radar for where a squad is circling the compound.
Keep radar range tied to the area you can rotate through in the next minute. A huge radius fills the panel with contacts you cannot reach before the next circle.
The PUBG ESP guide covers box styles and health. Use both layers only when each has a job.
HUD placement and range
Place radar near the official minimap so you do not hunt two maps on opposite corners of the screen. Keep opacity high enough to read dots, low enough to see the terrain underneath.
Short range works in cities. Slightly wider range helps on Miramar rotates where vehicles cover more ground. Change range with the phase of the match instead of leaving one value on all game.
Bots on radar
Show bots as a second color so an early-match AI cluster does not look like a full player squad. Turn bots off once you are hunting real rotations in later circles.
Status after a PUBG patch
Radar reads the same player set as other overlays. After a client or BattlEye update, check live status before you load. If status is Updating, wait.
The PUBG anti-cheat guide explains why a status label is not the same as a BattlEye startup error.

Parking radar next to the minimap stopped me from checking two corners of the HUD every fight.

I leave bots on for the first two minutes, then disable them. The panel stays useful after that.
RangeQuestion

Is there a separate radar range for vehicles, or is it the same slider as player dots?
Night Miramar

Slightly wider range on Miramar made vehicle rotates easier to read without turning ESP range up.
Frequently asked questions
What is pubg radar?
A radar is a compact 2D map of nearby players and bots. It sits with players ESP so you can read rotations without crowding the 3D view.
Is radar the same as ESP?
No. ESP draws information over the world camera. Radar places contacts on a separate panel, usually next to the minimap.
Should bots appear on radar?
A separate bot color is useful at drop. Later circles are cleaner when bots are off and only living players remain.
How far should radar range go?
Match range to the next rotate, not the whole map. Contacts you cannot reach before the next circle only add noise.
Does radar include loot?
No. Loot belongs on loot ESP and the loot filter. Radar is for nearby players and bots.
